Had dinner at the Dragon Gate restaurant on Elizabeth St in China Town. The food was very good and cheap. We were with Mame's cousin who is an engineer and a world expert on draw bridges. He tours the world giving lectures on the subject as well as managing a department of consultants and being a marketing director of a travel agency in his spare time. All in all a very accomplished man and typical of the sort of high achiever that seems to be common in New York.
